AI is already impacting the back office, but when are we going to see it affecting payouts and customer facing issues?

At least that’s the idea. Tom Clay from Covea spoke to us about how customers don’t necessarily want AI to be obtrusive but rather a subtle part of the process. Once the data is better analysed in the background, teams at insurance companies can be a bit more clever and produce results that seem natural but are in fact aided by AI.
