In this interview from Banking Renaissance 2023, FF News’ Douglas Mackenzie sits down for a conversation with Christian Luckow, SVP & Tribe Lead for Payments at Danske Bank. In this video, Christian discusses the approach that Danske Bank takes to deal with changes in international payment standards.

“I think [in banking] we’ve had to change mindset a little bit because typically it’s been business mandatory, we have to do it, let’s see what we can get away with. But there’s so much happening there that it’s not really an option to think like that anymore.”

“So, we’ve had to look at it a lot more strategically in terms of when so much is changing at the same time. How can we do that efficiently, but also means what should we not be focusing on right now.”
