“We’re seeing more of a focus now on improvement and efficiency in the middle and back office. Traditionally, there’s been a heavy focus on distribution & sales and getting more policies written to get more premium income in.”
“We’re now seeing people recognise that there’s a limit to the benefit of that if poor data and bad processes plug everything up in the middle and back office have delays in premium and poor risk data. That’s why we’re looking to solutions like this. We’re looking to become the default tool for insurance data exchange for getting data through the value chain.”
