The question is: Who is afraid of digital payments? Because a cashless society is a factor, and this is a secular trend that we cannot change back anymore.”

“I think that inclusion itself is embedded into digital payments, because it’s one of the key success factors to be able to serve more broadly to global customers to guarantee inclusion everywhere you pay. It’s a challenge that has been quite well managed recently, but I think it’s one of the more important ones for the next phase of digital payments: how can we support everyone, everywhere to pay as they prefer.”
