At the Paris Fintech Forum Leaders Summit 2023, we stopped by for an exclusive interview with Ken Villum Klausen, Founder and CEO at Lunar. Lunar is a 100% digital bank that aims to provide its customers with smarter ways to manage money, more control over their finances and access to easier investment tools.

“First of all, the Nordic incumbents are doing a great job on digital. If we were to take an incumbent application in southern Europe, we would be crushing it. So, that means that we really need to show our A game, but that also brings confidence because I truly believe we have one of the leading products on the planet because the competition is just fierce with incumbents in the Nordic region.”

“Obviously [Lunar] itself is multifaceted. We offer a bunch of great features from lending to savings to cards, enlistments and event crypto. So, it’s a full-fledged product. But I think what sets us aside from the incumbents is the overall product experience and the customer service.”
