From the Pay It Forward by payabl. booth at Reflect Festival 2023, Fiona McFarlane speaks to Roman Mazur, CEO and co-founder of Narvi Payments. He talks her through his journey in fintech so far, including a stint in the early days of Revolut. We hear about their work helping enterprise clients open up new payment rails with their BaaS solution and he gives us an overview of the transaction banking and payments space today.

Mazur points out some of the challenges that still remain in the industry and where there is room for more innovation. We also hear how the tech platform they built from scratch sets them apart from the competition and offers them a certain level of flexibility.
