Michael Ramsbacker, Chief Product Officer at Trulioo sits down with Doug Mackenzie to discuss the ways in which Trulioo assists Crypto Exchanges with AML & KYC Processes.

“The way I look at it is a few different dimensions” Michael began, “You’ve got the geographic dimension. You want to look for solutions and products that can support you really globally, or in all the markets that you’re operating in, then you want to look at it from a consumer or user experience perspective.”

“Do you have the appropriate solutions in place to minimise the friction? Then you still have to look at it from a security perspective. Are you doing the appropriate checks? Are you collecting the appropriate data? Do you have a risk-based policy to ensure that you’re stepping up and doing things to make your platform secure? So, I look at products from a few different dimensions like that“
