“We have a term in our business called the partial service model. In the full-service model, certain organisations will have their own ways of connecting with their customers and in those situations, we kind of plug into their infrastructure to be able to provide the products they need.”

“I think it’s important that when we do that we understand their relationship with their customers. Understanding the technology they use to connect so that we’re able to seamlessly provide that service on a full-service model.”
