Zurich was founded 150 years ago and today is a leading multi-line insurer that serves individuals and businesses in over 200 countries.
“I think the future of insurance partly is we go to where the customers are. But most importantly, it will be service led. It’s not just about when there’s an incident, we will pay out. We need to look at the whole risk management end-to-end. Then ultimately, we are here to make customers’ lives easier because everything is seamless. If it’s a commercial client, we will make our commercial client business stronger. So that’s what we are here for, it’s not just to pay out.”
