Insurance Startup Urban Jungle Launches New Branding: ‘Fair to You, Your Wallet, and The Planet’

Insurtech provider Urban Jungle today announces the launch of its new branding, centred around the message ‘Fair to you, your wallet, and the planet’, to reflect its unique product.

Created in-house, the branding reflects Urban Jungle’s offering of simple, affordable insurance as well as its ethical credentials. Urban Jungle uses the latest technology to help keep insurance affordable and accessible for its customers, whether that’s through its use of AI and Machine Learning to catch fraud or offering an online-first service.

It has removed unnecessary questions from the quote process (like how flat your roof is), offers flexible policies and doesn’t charge hidden fees for changing or cancelling. The company is a certified B Corp, offsets 100% of its carbon emissions and uses entirely renewable electricity in its offices.

Laura Woodhead, Marketing Director at Urban Jungle, commented: “Our new brand positioning reflects our commitment to fairness – to our customers, our team, and the planet.

“We believe insurance can be better, and that customers shouldn’t have to pay more for the privilege of being treated fairly. Plus, we think being better for people shouldn’t mean you forget about the planet.

“Having announced further growth funding earlier this year, it’s a really exciting time for Urban Jungle as we continue to expand.”

Urban Jungle’s new branding features a brighter orange as its primary colour, with a prominent petal shape and a mixture of natural and urban iconography. The colour scheme and typography keep in tone with Urban Jungle’s bold branding targeted to a younger audience.
