At Finovate Europe 2023 in London, we caught up with Michael Ramsbacker, the Chief Product Officer of Trulioo. Trulioo offers an identity platform that supports financial services companies by providing them with identity verification capabilities.
“Verifying the identities of individuals and businesses is really a foundation of the digital economy. For financial services companies, they’re required to do that through regulations that prescribe certain techniques that they have to adhere to in order to operate under their license.”
“The attack vectors for fraud range from people trying to create accounts with stolen identities and synthetic identities. So Trulioo helps our customers in the onboarding process determine who are the legitimate good users of their systems versus who are the bad actors by verifying identities in the onboarding process.”
