Verifone Selects ReceiptHero as Global Digital Receipt Partner

ReceiptHero, the fully digitalized receipt platform for merchants, today announced that it will further deepen its partnership with Verifone, the Fintech leader providing end-to-end payment and commerce solutions to the world’s best-known brands, consolidating its integration into Verifone’s global payment platform. The two companies started their collaboration in 2019 when ReceiptHero first went live with its digital receipt service for Verifone Finnish merchants, and additionally scaled the connectivity last year across the Nordics.

This joint effort will allow ReceiptHero to take the partnership globally and provide merchants using Verifone payment services with a slick digital receipt service for their customers and a more streamlined return process. Cardholders paying in store using Verifone payment devices supporting a ReceiptHero integration can enroll in programs to view their digital receipts and loyalty points or can get this information even without an account by using their phone to scan a QR code displayed on the payment device.

Claire Kelly, VP of Global Partnerships at Verifone, said: “Our commitment to offering our merchants access to value added services and to driving sustainability goals involves working with innovative partners like ReceiptHero. The expansion of our partnership will be beneficial to merchants across all markets Verifone has a presence, offering them more features and functionality to achieve business and sustainability objectives.”

Chris Moore, Director of International Business at ReceiptHero, added: “We’re delighted to continue to partner with one of the most recognized global payments players, and to connect into their new global solution. The expansion of the partnership is excellent news for both of our companies. It will bring an opportunity to provide digital receipts in markets to Verifone customers around the world. As one of the fastest growing digital receipt platforms in Europe, we’re both pioneering a more sustainable, greener post-purchase experience together.”
