Relation Insurance Services Acquires the Assets of BRK Insurance Group
Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Louisiana-based BRK Insurance Group (“BRK”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BRK provides employee benefits and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout Louisiana and is headquartered in New Orleans, LA. Rick Grubb will continue to lead BRK, and the agency will fold into Relation’s Central Region.
“We are very excited about our partnership with Rick and the entire BRK team,” said Tim Hall, Executive Vice President and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Relation. “Their commitment to customers and longstanding relationships in the New Orleans marketplace make them the ideal partner for Relation.”
