IG GROUP HOLDINGS PLC Completes of Acquisition of Freetrade
IG Group Holdings plc (“IG”, “the Group”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition ofFreetrade, effective 1 April 2025. The transaction was announced on 16 January 2025.
Breon Corcoran, CEO of IG commented: “I am delighted to welcome Viktor and the Freetrade team to IG and look forward to working together to take the platform to the next level.”
